The International Student Committee (ISC) Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tanjungpura (FEB UNTAN), through VISCA #3 | Scholarship Series, presents information about the FIFGROUP Young Leader (FYL) 2026 Scholarship Program, an opportunity designed to support students in developing their academic and professional potential.

About FIFGROUP Young Leader

FIFGROUP Young Leader (FYL) is a scholarship program initiated by FIFGROUP, a company under the Astra Group, that provides financial support and development opportunities for selected students. Through this program, participants not only receive scholarship assistance but also gain opportunities for self-development and career preparation.

Requirements

The FYL 2026 Scholarship Program is open to students who meet the following requirements:

- Being at least in the 5th semester - Having a minimum GPA of 3.25 - Not currently receiving or participating in other scholarship programs

Applicants are required to prepare several documents:

- Formal photo - Academic transcript - High school diploma certificate - Curriculum vitae - Recommendation letter

Selection Process

The selection process consists of the following stages:

1. Account registration and document screening 2. Psychotest 3. Interview 4. Panel interview 5. Final announcement

Each stage gives candidates the opportunity to demonstrate their potential, achievements, and readiness to become future leaders.

Development Journey
